How to order stock wigs & hairs?

We always keep many wigs and hairs in stock, ready for immediate shipment upon ordering, but in case not all are listed online, here's the guide:

1.      Contact us with details of the item you want like hair type, length, color, texture & size and your preferred payment method (Western Union, Money Gram, PayPal or T/T), you'll get timely response with availability and quotation.

2.      Pay for your order and inform us of your shipping information.

3.      We arrange your order to be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment by UPS, DHL express. Normally it takes 1-2 days to USA, Canada; 2-3 days to UK, France or Germany;

3-5 days to South America or Africa.

4.      Once the package is sent out, you’ll get a tracking# for delivery status.

How to place custom order?

If you can't find your preferable style on our website, then you can customize your own color, style, length and measurements.

1.      Email us at sales@belleshaircn.com and ask for the order form. Or you can send your detailed specifications/requests if you already have those.

2.      Fill out the order form with all your order details.

3.      Email back the finished order form to us and you’ll get the quotation accordingly.

4.      Pay for your order and inform us of your shipping information.

5.      We start production of your order after all details are confirmed by both parties. Normally wigs take about 30-35 days and hair extensions 7-15 days to complete production.

6.      When orders finished, we arrange shipment immediately, you'll get a tracking number to know further delivery status.
