Return Policy

Our original intention at Belles Hair is to supply lace wigs, hair weaves, hair closures and frontals with high standard of craftsmanship and only the premium 100% human hair.Therefore, quality and customer satisfaction are the most important to us. All wigs and hairs are always inspected by our quality control team before delivery so as to avoid any potential defects. According to feedback from customers, our pursuit of perfection proves its effectiveness and helps us to earn wide reputation in return.


In case there are misunderstandings or confusion during communication & operation, we clarify our return policy as below,


Though normally we don't issue refunds, a 7-day warranty is available for regular stock wigs and hairs. Starting from the day you receive the package, you can freely contact us regarding exchange or an in-store credit for next order in 7 days. However, all involved freight cost is not included as a part of credit.


The first and most important point is, please keep the products brand new & not altered in any way, like washing, lace-cutting, dyeing, styling and so on, including the packing and card inside. So please make sure you inspect your hair before wearing or further process, such as dyeing or modifying by certain methods. Hair products which are altered in any way will regretfully not be accepted to be exchanged.


The replacement service will be confirmed within 3 working days once the returned products arrive at our company, and the new delivery of replaced hair will also be arranged immediately.


Customized hair products are not applicable to the above terms. Since all custom orders are made following special requests, they are regretfully not accepted to be exchanged or kept as in-store credit after approval for production.

NOTE: When you return the package, please write "synthetic hair" in all documents, including the invoice, express waybill and etc. Then please declare the value less than $10 to help customs clearance for both parties. We will regretfully fail to receive the package if high value is declared. Thanks for your cooperation!
